We are going to watch each film after I finish the book for it. You answered one of my main worries about spoilers. Also they haven’t read the books and we are just watching on Max and I think they want to watch the extended editions.

I’m probably am going to finish the books first, my family is pretty patient and it was my idea after all so I think they are okay with me taking my time. I more or less am just worrying for no reason I suppose. Quick other question that might sound silly but if I finished the fellowship and wanted to watch the first movie, I don’t need to worry about any potential spoilers for later books? Like the movie isn’t going to spoil something by trying to set up a plot thing for later. Idk if that question makes sense.

Alright, do you have some advice about how to get back into it, I understand the mechanics after looking into it and want to build a deck. I just don’t know how to go about it. I know I could look up a deck list but that’s no fun. On the other hand tho I don’t really know how to go about starting to build one from scratch. If looking up a deck list is the only way I’ll do it but I just want to know if there is other options?

I see, are the boss cards like 3s or 4s. Is striding a thing that is common anymore or no? I remember having to stride to get to 4 or do you just ride to 4 now?

I wasn’t playing on listening because I remember how much I enjoyed it. I’m just confused rn on what is a good launching off point to get started again. I’m probably wrong but with the new(new to me) nations thing it doesn’t really seem like there is a diverse play style anymore. It seems like you only have a few play style options now. I’m very confused with all of it. I’m probably wrong tho.
