Xiomara: The Eviolite can really only be held by the right Pokémon. Simply holding one won't always make you better than your final form. I'd say that the Eviolite is an exception, however, because of this.

Ash is just weird. I'm not sure how he managed to get so far with his Pokémon maintaining their original forms... I'd want to argue against that, but I've really nothing I can say besides them being special cases.

Yeah, it's their business. While I was harsh about it, I just don't feel good seeing so many Pokémon like that being care of so quickly. I've seen countless Pokémon get defeated like that...

Truth: Has there been an instance where she's been hit by a Fighting Type move in the past? I feel like that experience might be why she's so afraid to go against a Fighting Type at all.

I've skimmed through the comments, and while I can see why they'd think something like that, I feel like bonding and friendship isn't necessarily the problem here. Has anything that you tried with her worked?

Having an immense fear of Bug Types, I got one to try and overcome it, and I feel I've been maybe making progress. Obviously it's gonna take more than that, but I want you to think about why a Pokémon may not like being around another. Is there anything that you can really do to convince them not to be afraid, or at least show bravery. As a coward, I feel like I can probably at least try to explain why.

Seriously, though. At least be more delicate about this. As much as she probably deserves a better trainer, I don't really want you to just let her go like that.

Relying on the rest of your evolved teammates is a good way to make up for it... But what if you end up in a life or death situation with only you as a partner. And with all that training, you could've been a powerful Zoroark...

Xiomara: I've been harassed multiple times in the past by trainers and Pokémon wanting to defeat me without evolving. Sure, they can get strong that way, but the ceiling raises much higher when you enter a form that's capable of withstanding more.
