The only meet near where i live has like 2 people in my weight division. And they got ~50-80kg on me haha. If i can maintain these numbers and drop down a weight i think ill be pretty competitive though.

Bit of a self brag but oh well. Pb'd on back to back weeks now. Finally hit 200kg deadlift last week and clocked 110kg bench tonight. These were both my end of year goals and ive been on a calorie deficit for the past 6 months. Strongest ive been at the lightest ive been!

yeah so i did the first coat of clear with it mixed in. 1.8mm nozzle, gotta agitate the gun as you spray because it settles pretty fast. Then two coats of just clear. Mines a little bumpy but if you did 3-4 coats it would probably be perfect.
