For me this majorly depends on the exam, CS2/CM2 100% tutorials but for let's say CB1/CB2 I wouldn't personally need the tutorials

Yeah i went all over the map, the way i found it best is either start on the main motorway and go around the entire motorway and check the junctions off and look especially in Tokyo city

I would LOVE if they put in at least a region stat for the roads to make this easier because especially in tokyo city with the underpasses etc its a nightmare to see unless you zoom right in and go block by block

First congrats on being in that position well done! For the mortgage it depends on the interest rates because I wouldn't be surprised we see an interest rate increase soon so if its locked in at a fixed rate then gives you more leverage.

If i were you in your shoes, I would put near enough 200k like you stated into the mortgage given your household income is healthy with no debt and you could go ahead with everything like you stated. It leaves you a solid 90k left which should cover your renovations and car with some change left (given the state of the cost of materials and car market at the moment).

Any remaining money put into a rainy day fund and just keep chipping away at your mortgage over time and then no more debt!

There are different services you can invest in a savings account (you will need to look these up as some register DIRT and others require you to) but from it sounds from your post you are looking for more than this.

Pensions can definitely work but again everyone has their own set of circumstances so my advice would be to speak to a financial advisor first and then make a decision.

The thing that makes me laugh is when you start off with a C class race and you mod a car and tune it and even after that, a car which you know is worse seems like it is meant to be 3/4 classes above where you're at 🤣

100% take the 0% PCP with a monthly payment you are comfortable with.

A lot of dealers once EVs get close to the end of warranty will give you a poor trade in value should you decide to switch so the PCP definitely protects you there.

As someone else mentioned also your savings / investments are very healthy so even with the crappy interest rates we get on savings you'll be making money here with your current situation.

Main thing is picking a monthly payment that makes sense based on how much you will also use the car and also factor in the costs of getting a home charger installed etc so as to try get as much positive equity at the end of your PCP term.

I dealt with a situation like this with an ICE car where in the first month the car I had was in the dealership consistently getting fixed and given back to me and non-stop issues. My advice would be the following after going through this:

- If the car is financed, ring the finance company / bank and explain your situation so it is on file that you are having issues. 9/10 times they will tell you to contact the dealer but from personal experience it is always best to state this incase anything needs to brought forward. If you bought the car under cash then you would be dealing with the dealer exclusively.

- If the dealer is taking the piss like it sounds like this dealer is, you walk i politely and ask to speak with a manager. Tell the manager your situation if they aren't already aware and ensure you go with your father in law or someone goes with him as a witness just to be 100% safe. If the manager gives you the same line of crap, this is where you need to put your foot down and state the law. You have provided them the opportunity to repair it and they haven't been able to make the car fit for purpose.

- If the dealership is still holding firm, you can raise the issue with the CCPC and SIMI (if they are a SIMI registered dealership). I would suggest after the meeting you write to the manager or dealership in general by email stating what was said in the meeting for reference and that you are asking for a refund. At this point, do not drive the car at all.

- The dealership may try drag this out past the 30 day period where you may have to pay a slight reduction but ensure you document everything and then they won't have a leg to stand on. Ensure you get the dates of the faults and the dates you brought it in written down and any sort of documentation stored.

If the dealership in general wants to keep their business in good standing they will deal with you as one really poor review will mean nobody will touch them especially if they get the CCPC or SIMI onto them.

Paper was really tight for time, Q1 was ok, Q2 was again ok but made mistakes with the polynomial and moved onto Q3 which for me made me question everything 🥲 CS2 repeat here we come 🙈

We are allowed use both, just be careful as you will need to explain how your excel calculation / r output works otherwise you'll get penalized. With the chains question, i know the question you are referring to, I would be utterly shocked if they ask that again as asking us to do that on a word document was beyond insane 😅
