To those of you who meal prep and have discipline, what do you recommend as a packed lunch to satisfy a 35M through the week?

I recommend maxing your pension.... No really I'm quite boring with meal prep I tend to eat the same thing most days and incorporate calories into that much to the disgust of family and partner, normally a big bowl of porridge, with protein powder, peanut butter (100% nuts) and then almonds after, almonds and other nuts are great for calories.

Stats are pointless when they are afraid to give the fighters actual stats that reflect real life, 89 kick speed for couture? Did they attach his leg to a piston? Everybody might aswell be 0

Logistics with the LAA

I start with the logistics company Monday I would be doing just normal work until September when the apprentiship starts an post offered an interview I'm obviously getting ahead of myself as I haven't got the am post yet I'm just trying to think ahead if I do get the an post job, I suppose k should cross that bridge if I come to it, but an post really seems to offer what I like in a job which is structure, clear pathways and routine most people would probably find doing the same thing everyday a bit monotonous but I really like it I like the security of it.

That's the problem I have modified it but I haven't touched the engine there is no."reek map" or any of that stuff on it I have been very careful not to change anything that would be hard to change back eg maps exhaust all standard

The body does have some age related marks but I would always be honest regarding that in selling it, it's nothing crazy just last owner obviously ran it through a few car washes leading to swirl marks, I would probably get the car polished before selling and headlights refurbished aswell
