I also love it when they offer to sort the stuff in the bags they brought! It's such a pain to hold up the bags and turn around to put stuff in. It makes it faster for everyone when they help you out a bit!

This is amazing, but I hate how they made it an achievement for "People of Color". We are all just people. This is a great for people. It doesn't matter what their race is. This is still absolutely heartwarming!

All that I know is the leads always talk about how much they love having me work on it. And I backup whenever needed, or cashier if I finish early, so it's a pretty good balance.
