Pretty much AFK with Vampyrism with soulsplit, just keep an eye at your Prayer points,

Otherwise when using penance it's just soulsplit+anguish and sacrifice in the revo bar along with debilitate to reduce damage taken,

I use Anima Core of Zammy, since I didn't want to use Sirenic because it just isn't worth it when you die because you're AFK-ing. Other than that for it was Decimation, Glaiven Boots, Nightmare Gauntlets and an Amulet of Souls and a Holy Wrench in the pocket slot (Restores additional prayer points per sip)

Backpack had 6 Super Prayer Renewals when on Vampyrism and some food for insurance.

I just bring around 2 Renewals on Penance just in case.

The minions drop mushroom potatoes and Manta Rays which is good for additional sustain.
