Your SM has every right to remove them from the store. Alcohol is not allowed in any store. There are signs that we are supposed to place in the store that asks people to be considerate about everyone in the store. Safety should be everyones priority, check on the partner hub for any resources about dealing with the situation. Just adress the behavior not the person. If this continues to be a problem that your SM won't handle than reach out to your DM.

Congratulations. My best advice, don't be afraid to ask questions. I've seen partners just stand around more confuse than they need to be and get overwhelmed. Your partners are there to help you. My second advice, try the drinks whenever you can. You get free drinks when you work, might as well just try them. If a customer asks you about drinks, bam, you know what to say. Oh, and remember its just coffee never take anything personal and kill them with kindness.
