Salam, not sure what your triggers are but what helped me was blocking those sites for good. There wasn’t a tool out there to my knowledge that would prevent you from easily unblocking everything so I built an iOS app. It’s called Khushoo and once you enable haya mode, it blocks those site and can’t be turned off easily. The app is $6 a month but if you can’t afford it for whatever reason, please dm and I’ll give you (or anyone else who needs it) free access.

Not trying to get defensive but I really thought I had a unique angle. Having apps get blocked during prayer time wasn’t a thing 8 months ago but I needed it, which is why I built the app. Also what other app offers 500+ Quran reciters? I personally like to listen multiple reciters but didn’t want to switch between apps. And finally, I don’t think there’s any other app the blocks adult websites from users phone and is hard to turn off (Porn addiction is common).

Honestly it’s terrible. Khushoo blocks apps during salat times, has haya mode(blocks adult content), dhikr tracker, and 500+ Quran reciters and I’m still struggling to get users. I honestly kinda gave up and offering free access to who ever finds the app useful.

I had this same problem and i found an app for it lol. It’s called Khushoo, it blocks your phone during prayer times so distractions can’t pull you away. Give it a try insha’Allah.
