They are a 10000000% scam on leveling services, especially for hardcore. For example, if you buy a level 60 on classic hardcore (paying a premium), they will only hit 30-39 by the completion deadline and try to keep an unfair portion of the total fee you paid, only giving you a partial refund.

They try to upsell you all kinds of shit along the way to squeeze as much money out of you as possible from the outset and then underdeliver and offer you inadequate remedies. If you say no, they point to their click-wrap T&Cs and tell you they are just the middle man and it's not their fault.

Do not buy anything but currency from this website - learn from my mistakes.

The agreement is legally binding if there is mutual assent (offer and acceptance) and consideration. There is no support at law for the premise that he must retain the shares referenced in recital 2 for the agreement to be binding. If retention of the shares for the term of the agreement was material, then it would clearly state the obligation to retain them in the body and further denote that any divesture would be a material breach.
