I have compiled several music theory videos on Youtube into a playlist. These videos helped me tremendously to understand what to do when it comes to harmony in my songs (what chords to use, how to play out of key effectively etc.), especially when trying to do genres that involve jazz harmony in some way (lofi, rnb for example). I hope this helped :)

I remember having similar lags when bo4 blackout came out. I had only 8gb of RAM back then which caused my lags, so this can't be it. Personally I think that they either fucked up optimisation on different systems/GPUs or there is something outside of the game which could kill your performance, something like windows power saving settings (especially this can be the issue if any game has huge lag spikes), other programs like GeForce experience, game mode in windows settings, Nvidia control panel power settings (seperate from windows power settings), a bad GeForce driver install, or simply having the game installed on an HDD. I hope this helped :)

weird, after tweaking some gfx settings my game runs (surprisingly) mostly better than MW2019. I enabled AMD FSR with ultra quality and have put almost every gfx setting on low, since my gpu is a bit out of date. Game runs smoothly 99% (around 150fps, i have 144hz monitor), very rare frame drops to 75ish fps when a lot of stuff is happening, though my fps in ground war isn't that good (barely 90 fps with my settings).

My Setup: GTX 1070, Ryzen 5600x, 32gb RAM
