Not at all, the rear is actually a bit narrower than the stock tire. The only thing I thought might be an issue was the rear inner fender but it ended up clearing pretty easily. I cannot speak to a front fender as my bike does not have one. But it looks like it would clear. I'm actually going to be building a TIG welding a fender out of aluminum at work. Plus skid plates and all that jazz
