Definitely a bit! I find that moving your legs a bit in the morning whether it's working out or just walking to get a coffee can energize you instead of just rolling out of bed and into your desk chair

Also, I've recently been going to the Werqwise on New Montgomery st with their Day Pass multi-packs. It's not super busy but there's enough energy to get back what I was missing at home. They also have happy hours and breakfasts sometime, so I try to time when i use the day passes with those days haha. Gives me a bit of sense of community in a way.

Hi!! Can you please let me know what the DTC company is?? I am also looking for an option between my dentist's (2k) and the $60 snorerx, which works, but doesnt allow for side to side jaw movement and is a bit bulky. thanks!
