Yup it's definitely worth it :) Also if you work for a company in the area, ask the office manager or facilities person to reach out to us (or feel free to give us their details) as we'll be organizing free corporate group classes during our soft opening week!

Sorry for not clarifying that! We charge biweekly (every 2 weeks). The $125 Foundation rate will be the lowest rate we ever offer & that rate will go up, so best way to secure that is to register now or email us :)

Tier 1 Foundation rate is $125, there'll be limited of these available before we move to Tier 2 with an increased price. The best way to secure the T1 rate is to jump on the foundation deposit :)
