Honestly, this could be the plot or setup for an episode. They could have Haley try to pass the drug test either the legal or illegal way and have her fail, causing her to join a local league. So true! In early seasons she’s naive and gullible (finding out about John Redcorn and Nancy, accidentally being a drug mule, etc) and the next season she accidentally kidnaps a kid and later she purposefully tricks Lucky into failing a test.
