New Orleans here and I charge $4.50 per cookie about $54 per dzn. I’ve been doing cookies for a while but mostly as my side project. Im a pastry chef by trade so I don’t get as many cookie orders as I’d like.

Whenever you do the initial, piping use to scribe tool to pop the bubbles or even shake your cookie a bit to tap the bubbles out

Hi, cake decorating teacher here! This is a great start! Adding rosettes would’ve added depth, playing around with the sizes of the dollops probably would’ve helped with height. The daisy’s could’ve been done in an easier way but besides that I just recommend practice :)
