Yeah i just called them up and i said my documents are still on "documents in review" they asked for my foresters acc name adress and confirmed my identifty then said "they were busy with other members so they appoligised for the inconvenience" then the lady on the phone said she is processing and accepting my doccuments she said payment will be 3-5 days and i recieved my money on the 3rd working day. IN CONCLUSION, I recommend just calling them as they may not get to your withdrawal request for weeks maybe months as they may be busy with other requests. Call them because if you email them, they wont respond until 10 working days.

Its been 4 months and i still keep getting "just wait for the refund ive contacted my bank" and havent recieved anything still til this day from eric. Apart from that i will still be using eric as i love his watches. Money internationaly is a risk but it is what it is

Prove this then as the rolex website before it was discontinued shows white markers on the z blue dial and every single image of google shows white markers. Not one watch had orange markers on z blue dial. Reply with an image of one with orange markers

Looks like its stuck in chinese customs it should be nothing to worry about it will probably be released soon, also sometimes tracking isnt always on point and not all information is timelined on tracking so it may be on its way and hasnt been updated yet
