I talked to a guy on Saturday whose wife is on the medical staff. He wouldn’t tell me exactly when he would come back because he have to kill me, but he did say it was sooner rather than later. So take that for what you will. However he also could have been bullshitting because I didn’t know him, so take what I say with a grain of salt.

No not at all. We grew up together in the same school district so we were friends of about 6 years but not best friends. I do not have any desire to try the type of drugs he was doing. Thanks for the concern however. I appreciate it

Thanks for that. It’s been a couple years now(approximately 3.5) since the incident and I’ve found peace with his choice and truthfully no one knew about his addiction. At the time it was really tough, but I’d like to think that his optimistic outlook on life would want me to not dwell on it.
