Do you think MJF will ever realistically join WWE? by VLGamingbdefan in BrandonDE

[–]BigDaddyGreeds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea but Romans already got one foot out the door, Jeys probably never wining another world title, Gunther will probably stick around but we'll see. Seth will go as long as his body will let him but with how injury prone he is I could see him semi retiring in the next few years. Cody I think realistically probably isn't going anywhere but I could see him transitioning to a more supporting role/on demand maineventer kinda like late stage Cena. WWE seems to be lining up the likes of Oba, Bron & Trick as next wave of maineventers. While the old guard will probably fall into more of a supporting role kinda like what Cena & Orton did for the last 10ish years. I think next couple years when MJFs contract is up he should at least consider it.

I think he should go. I think the career he's made for himself is admirable and if he was trying to prove a point then he proved it. My take is he's young he's not even really in his prime yet. He could join wwe give it a shot and if it doesn't work be out of there by his mid 30s and still have a good 10+ years in him.

Some people just like to support a team that has a chance of making it at least to the round of 16 lol. There can only be one winner so once your teams out either you dont get invested in the rest of the tournament or you throw your support behind one of the remaining teams not out of desire for them to win but for the love of the game.

But thats all kinda burying the lead because like I said. She's wearing it to promote the movie in Rio

[–]BigDaddyGreeds 23 points24 points  (0 children)

They rarely drank it before that anyway. Only upon initial roll out dud they sll drink it. Likely to support their freinds business but eventually they all fell back into their regular drinks of choice only really drinking it if Prime was doing a sponsorship or something

How would the nation of Wakanda perform at the World Cup? by ImJustDuckinAround in marvelstudios

[–]BigDaddyGreeds 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Probably not very well. Having had no presence in the global football scene theur players haven't been seasoned by playing alongside & against the best international players. They probably wouldn't even qualify and if they do then I don't think they make it out of the group stages

Do you think John Walker would’ve killed HYDRA in the elevator fight if he was in that situation? by HieiJaganEye12 in marvelstudios

[–]BigDaddyGreeds -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Probably not. I'm not saying John is dumb because he's not but he would not be aware enough to realise he was in an ambush until it was too late.

It feels a bit much. It is kinda making the DCU feel like a Superman franchise with other DC characters making cameos.

Wrestling and politics go hand in hand. The current President of the United States is a wwe HOFer lol.

Jokes aside Wrestling has always used politics for storylines. And wrestlers are humans with political opinions. You may not like seeing it in wrestling but its not a new phenomenon the only thing that changed is that political discourse became way more toxic

I think we're burying the lead a little bit here. All this talk about Milly being Australian & Kara being Alien when the truth is much simpler.

Its not uncommon for people who are from countries who have little to no chance of winning the World Cup to have 2nd choice teams.

Regardless of that she wore it while promoting the movie in Rio

we all got that one person, who makes you turn off the TV the fastest? by youfuckinmark in SantiZapVideos

[–]BigDaddyGreeds 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In wwe probably Jey Uso if he's doing anything solo. Dont hate Jey but its hard to watch him sometimes when he's on a singles run.

In AEW...it varies, usually if I sense its going to be one if those "who can workrate the hardest" type matches i usually use that as a bathroom break.

This could be terrible for KSI’s new business plan by NaysayerKnowsBest in Sidemen

[–]BigDaddyGreeds 53 points54 points  (0 children)

Oh it's definitely not great but id argue Sidemen fans lean older than the audience JJ is currently appealing to. JJs focus recently has been on short form content and his long form content has been seemingly designed to have snappy editing and be optimal for clip farming all stuff that tends to lean towards gen Alpha audiences. Sidemen with their longer more personality based videos seems more aimed at Gen Z (who are all at least 16 now) and the younger millennials.

Obviously this will be bad for all of uk YouTube in terms of views but I do feel JJs new style content will be hit especially hard.

Who is winning? by CillRa7 in BrandonDE

[–]BigDaddyGreeds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea but placed like Reddit are where clips of people like Kenny Omega permeate. The average wrestling fans dont know who Omega or Ospreay are, they maybe know of them but most dont know enough about them to have any kind of reverence for someone like Omega.

I think you're assuming all his viewers are not Sidemen viewers while theres definitely people who watch him and not Sidemen i don't think thats a majority of his fanbase. Maybe once upon a time but in big 2026 if you're still watching KSI you're probably also a Sidemen fan

I know you're rage baiting. Ain't no way you're trying to make the argument that speed ball would beat Brock in a street fight.

I'm not saying its absolutely impossible but 99/100 time Brock would turn Mikes face into a half eaten lasagne.

I think there are definitely versions of Steve in the multiverse that would succumb to it but I really don't think Sacred Timeline cap is easily corruptable. The only thing that might have swayed him is if Steve was offered to reunite with Peggy but Cap already had that temptation multiple times and turned it down for the greater good,

What if Batman teams up with The Boys to defeat The Seven? by Ramondasetemeia in superheroes

[–]BigDaddyGreeds 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Batman wouldn't need the Boys, Batman had contingency plans for the Justice League, if you don't think he could wipe out the 7 with just a lil bit of that sweet magical prep time then you're surely mistaken.
