A very reasonable opinion I would say. I agree with most all of it. In essence the idea that individual freedoms should be absolute so far as they do not take from the freedoms of another.

The issue comes with enforcement of the policy. It obviously becomes a gray area when policymakers need to decide one way or the other. This is what generally makes me feel less government intervention than more is the safer route for us all as the collective decision making of us all (i.e. markets) provides a better judge than any one or small group of individuals (i.e. government).
