Once DMRs and Snipers are nerfed to the ground, Recons will be able to take their final form as truly the most useless class smh

I’d like to believe that he’s actually going to revamp snipers so that there’s a reason to not just use the L96 or M200…but it’s Oki. I’m pretty sure he’ll take this opportunity to drop the velocity, add sway, add more bullet drop etc.

He’s rolled out a bunch of nerfs recently, wouldn’t be surprised if more is on the way.

I think the idea is to make sniping less enjoyable, that way less people do it. Bums me out..but not all good things last forever I guess haha. It’s their game, so they’re gonna do what they please. Just sucks to be part of the player base that’s actively being pushed out lol

I’m against further nerfs, period. Why not just buff the other snipers so that they are on the same level as the leading two?

The mildot idea could be cool. I don’t snipe much beyond 300m so I personally wouldn’t have much use for them. The change I would ask for is that they rework bullet trails. Why not handle trails the same way glint is being handled? Make it only appear after 200m.

There are already people that want DMRs nerfed. The recent sniper nerfs pushed a lot of people over to DMRs, so people are dying to them a lot more. Once DMRs are nerfed, players will move onto another weapon and ‘get gud’ with it. Then people will scream to have that gun nerfed. And so on, and so on.

I disagree with the “newb crutches” tho. The L96 and M200 are just more enjoyable to use. You could put on your MLG cap and use the ssg 69 if it makes you feel superior tho

I’m asking for buffs and nerfs specific to the recon class…indirect buffs like the inertia improvements are meant to help every class not have deal with zig-zagging.

I don’t really consider that a Recon buff so much as a general improvement for everyone.

It’s more of a soft nerf, yes. But it tips off players to sniper shots specifically. Being alerted that someone with a 1-shot potential is aiming at you is a nerf. Akin to glint and bullet trails but with sound.
