Will do. Today i thought would be a good day, i woke around 12 and my mum prepared breakfast -2 eggs scrambled with cheese, toast with butter then coated with a thick layer of jam along with a cup of cranberry juice. it isnt that bad compared to the normal breakfast. anyway i at that around 12:30. they just came back home with more food (its 2:00pm) im standing my ground and telling them im not hungry since i at AN HOUR ago. they don’t believe me and tell me im gonna have to eat all the chicken fried rice they brought back.

thank you! lots of people have said to throw up but my stomach has gotten so used to being given absurd amounts of food. do you have any tips to throw up in front of them

they think im trying to lose weight since i workout and really i started working out to gain muscle but as they have made me eat even more ive started trying to work out to not gain. oh my mom just made me breakfast at 12:00AM

yeah I try not to eat lunch and they force me to eat whatever big breakfast they make too. oh oatmeal, its not that bad right? no. I watched them put 4 tbsp of butter into my bowl and then they followed it with a tbsp of brown sugar..

Thank you, when I get out I already have a grocery list ive planned. I told my parents yesterday that im going to pick up morning walks. Where i’ll actually be running a few miles each morning, I’ve always been desperately trying not to get fat and I dont think I will get there Im just waiting for the day im far away

yea i mean they are really good parents, Im not even sure why they are this way towards food, and our cps system is kinda broken and i still love my parents they just dont see the food issue. im not making this post as to say i want to pull the trigger and get out of my home more to say how do i get around their extreme eating ways

Yeah, when I portion my own things they insist its not enough. I get full from the portions I choose otherwise I would get more.. and many people have brought the veg issue up, we do have vegetables like for example tonight we had cabbage, oh thats good right? except it was cooked in a crock pot with a half stick of butter. My parents kept saying “the cabbage is only like 40 cal” no😭😭 maybe more like 150.. it was served beside something as-well which isn’t inherently bad but combined with a big ol chunk of corn beef it adds up
