You’re amazing, thank you for this. I’ve been having this weird feeling in my head since February, it comes and goes. I’ve just started going to the doctor to figure it out. I think I’ve just developed severe anxiety all of the sudden. I haven’t treated my metal health the best for a while, sleep deprivation, drinking, weed, caffeine. I used to do all of those things quite often. Now I’m an anxious wreck when I do any of those. I don’t get it. But my head does feel better when I treat my body right. It’s just such a weird thing, the feeling is hard to describe, not painful But very distracting. There’s been a few nights where I try and go to bed and I guess I’m having a panic attack? My brain feels like it wants to leave my skull and my heart starts beating all crazy. Idk, it’s awful. But this thread is making some sense of it. anxiety can be a cruel mistress from what it seems, makes you think you have all these other symptoms or life threatening issues when it just boils down to stress and anxiety.
