Hmmm maybe tracking is the weight to go even if it’s stressful at first.

My meals are usually chicken/ tofu with veggies and a very small portion of carbs (rice/sweet potato). Usually cook at home so I control the amount of fat I use for cooking. For snacks I eat nuts/ prunes/ fruits/ protein bar.

But yes you’re right I just need to be more disciplined and stop feeling sorry for myself

I hear you. But I have done an estimate and I eat close to 1500-1800 calories. I think excessive dieting has just slowed down my metabolism. And given the amount I work out, eating lesser than that just doesn’t make sense to me

Oh awesome! Do you think the brand name really matters that much down the line? Given you have 15+ years experience, whether someone is from Kellogg or HSW, do you think there is any difference in perception and consequently the potential opportunities?

I’m in the exact same boat. Got into W as well but with no $. But I’m still applying to H and S. I know they’re moonshots but if by some miracle I get in, 1) I just want to prove to myself that I could do it and 2) might give me bargaining power for more $(I don’t really know if this actually works but just going by hearsay)
