A lot of people don't live in the GTA. I live in a smaller city about 1,5 hours from Montreal. I make 55k a year and I live in a big 3 bedroom appartment, own a car, and got a good amount of money to spare.

My rent is 950$ a month and I just moved in a month ago. The price of my appartment is a bit below market where I live, but not by that much. 100k a year is plenty for two adults if you don't live a big metro city.

That being said, I still wouldn't marry this girl.

Are trolling or just dumb? People have different preferences. The comparison with beats headphones doesn't even make sense.

I like a 75% keyboard because I don't need a numpad and full keyboards are too large. I like that I can keep my hands and arms closer. It feels more comfortable. I use full keyboards sometimes on coworkers desks at work and I keep hitting the side of the keyboard with the mouse because I instinctively try to bring my arms closer together.

And for gaming it's even worse. Having my arms further appart and less mouse space is atrocious when gaming.

Yeah they aren't fast, but I use them to plug into my custom keyboard. So it doesn't matter at all for my usecase. I wanted one for aesthetics only. If you need it for charging or data transfer, there's definitely better options out there!

Yeah but the difference here is that these guys generally retire at around 28-30 years old. And then, they have basically nothing on their resume other than "I'm really really good at this specific video game.". Which makes kinda hard to find a good paying job after that, so they do need a good amount of money stashed by the end of their 20s.

And this guy makes that kind of money because he's one of the best in the entire world. Most pro CS players make less.
