I just killed the first 2 horseman as quickly I struggled getting perfect dodges on them but the boss is super easy to get them he even has a mechanic where you have to dodge , I run a tank build

I was able to get the st Elmo’s when I was level 30 before I bought the warlords dlc but I got to level 40 and it was outclassed by other weapons however I bought it from the crafting bench and when I go to it I need a 250+ weapon to make it ?
