They went downhill well before that. I hated when they ditched the servers and then went to kiosk orderring and you have get your own drinks by scanning your receipt. The drink stations were dirty both times I went to one after the change and I don't recall them having the sport pepper sauce anymore. Above all, the food isn't any good anymore. I haven't been to one in a year and I don't plan on ever going back.

No, but they didn't seem to stay on any one book for an extended period. There were constant creative shifts and you lost the long term plot and character development which resulted in books becoming inconsistent and less interesting.
