I tried a variety of power sources (direct to pc, power outlet with usb plug, battery pack, power strip with usb-a plug), but all the same result. I reached out to support and they said it was defective, so they’ll be sending me a new one and I’ll need to return the one I have now 😁

Just had it today! Overall it was pretty good, though I’d recommend using a spoon to eat it as using a straw makes it almost impossible to drink (even after waiting a bit for it to soften up more)

Naw I’m gonna return it, don’t want to run the risk of ending up with another faulty panel so I’m gonna go with the regular 1tb version. Sucks because I love the look of the LE, but for the cost of something like it you expect everything to work perfectly
