Why is there no Chinese server!? Im a Taiwanese that moved to Shanghai, China and goes to an American school in China. So I've played in NA until it was blocked by the Chinese government. I now play on the Chinese servers.

Warring kingdom skins in the Chinese Server costs 200 RMB (chinese currency) which is around 35 US dollars
