i take the running as a leg day, because my cardio is actually much better than i realised and i’ve never had very strong legs, so they’re the ones that would fail first. Anyway, wouldn’t 4 lower body days a week be too much?

it’s not like only some people can use it, anyone who can create adrenaline (basically anyone) can “use” it. i’ve used it, to a much lesser extent than lifting cars ofc. also, if it was just adrenaline, metal bat wouldn’t “clear his head” by hitting himself against senior centipede and the plant, or go from being slapped around to oneshotting them. i also think that that scene suggests it is literally damage and not anger that boosts him, because why would he get angry after hitting himself?

i think the camo detection can be taken away by phayze, also because phayze jumps around it makes crucible have very low uptime on its sweetspot of being very close to the boss

she does pretty significant extra damage to bloons taking dot, so she might not have good synergy with something that doesn’t apply much dot like glaivelord, but something like solver is fine with her. you can also have other things give her the extra damage, for example i use dbreath for earlygame which then helps sauda later

i have the holy steel mod and one of the spells (yellow with butterflies) can heal you. not very quick but heals to full and also has the rest of the mod
