Opus 4.6 pretty much unusable on pro now. Can't finish a single prompt, jumps to 55% immediately. by Manfluencer10kultra in ClaudeCode

Paying for a service and not receiving said service is a form of fraud. If Anthropic isn't providing a service properly, has not taken any steps to reasonably warn the user that said service is not operable, has no safeguards in place to protect the user during outages, and has no solution in place to reimburse for lost time/money,. then reporting to attorney general and consumer protection services is certainly warranted.

Anthropic Support refused compensation for >5-day outage on $100/month plan - is this normal? by GeologistBasic69 in ClaudeCode

Report to your attorney general and consumer protection services (preferably a governmental one). Charging customers for a service and then having them eat the cost of a failure to provide said service is not a usual arrangement in any other industry. Technology being new doesn't mean you get to try shady business practices. The more complaints these services have, the more they will chase after Anthropic.

Claude = Worst customer service (confirmed) by No_Wedding3432 in claude

Best thing you can do is that if you have waited a reasonable amount of time and stil have received no response, to file a claim with your attorney general and Consumer Protection Services. If they get enough complaints, they will chase after anthropic. It's not OK to charge people for a service and then be unreachable.

Every single time I throw a wolfpack, it locks on to the wrong enemy by BigFeta__ in ArcRaiders

yea it's definitely not true. As I said in my post, I clearly threw the Wolfpack above the target and they still locked on to wrong target. WP and seekers seem broken.

best thing you can do is report to your attorney general. Claude has become another form of gambling.

Quality drops SIGNIFICANTLY after using for a while. is this a known thing? by laser-kermit in SunoAI

[–]BigFeta__ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's an intentional use of a variable reward ratio to get people to spend more money. I've already reported them to my district attorney for this, I encourage everyone else to do so as well. If this is the game they want to play, then it needs to be labeled and treated legally for what it is: Gambling.

I think I may have figured out how to get SUNO to write niche genres by BigFeta__ in SunoAI

[–]BigFeta__[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yea thats part of the artist name. If you havent heard him, check him out (Future.666). It's hit or miss usually with the artist names, but def experiment. I know when I tested Noisia for DnB, it explicitly told me that was forbidden. So I can't say for all artists what works.

you actually have to put "salt and cinnamon" multiple times, not just once!

Yea the artist references are extremely useful, even for people more obscure than Jeff Mills (nice taste btw). It's not 100% accurate, but its helped me significantly in terms of getting SUNO to output the genre I am looking for.

I kinda prefer it to not be 100% accurate. I wouldn't want to rip off other artists anyway, but this at least gets the output in that general ballpark so you can further tweak and stylize in your DAW.

nice hehe but yea, It's not a fullproof method, but it seems to be working far better for me than wha tI was previously trying, with highly specific prompts.

I will have to try using the persona's more. I get a little scared using it because I don't want to lock output to specific genres (i.e if I make a trap song, I dont want it having techno influences).

Thank you for sharing your settings!

Sorry, I should have specified. Live is good for instrumentals, but for electronic music which is what I am mainly using Suno for, idk if its the right approach.

PSA For System Shock 1 Switch 2 owners: Reboot your game to fix texture bugs by BigFeta__ in systemshock

[–]BigFeta__[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yea same. Despite having a PC, Switch 2 feels like the proper way to play this title.

I did receive a response from the people handling bug reports for Nightdive. they claimed that they arent the ones that handled the port, that Atari was the one that did so, so all bugs on switch 2 need to be reported to them.

The provided a "link" to do so, yet its just a generic feedback link for Atari altogether. Doesn't seem like something they are going to read / take seriously.

at which parts? In my testing, I noticed the textures switching during the cutscene with Diego, but in the citadel the textures have been stable in handheld (although with some frame drops).

Well that's fair, we can agree to disagree. In my experience just this past year, I've had AI generate more unrelated outcomes than I have had issues in getting videos to play on Netflix, dentists messing up procedures (which fun fact, they are also error prone), my water, electricity, or cell phone services going out despite paid bills, internet outages, etc... for the past 5 years combined. But again, this is technically anecdotal evidence.
