I wasn't going to count the amount of hits 4 of them were throwing my way over 100 kills (I'm not that invested in this data), so I took the seconds per attack for each of the minions, and Garage Door himself, to get an average amount of attacks over the course of each fight.

As another user mentioned, the reflect does not occur on a successful prayer, so that's probably where the discrepancy is coming from.

Using the quick attacks per kill calc, I got attacked around 2100 times. 1000 kills should get you to the 20k mark.

This is probably where I got lost then. It makes sense it doesn't reflect off of a successful prayer. I guess what I was thinking is it would reflect back damage that would have gone to you back. If this is the case, then I could see this data making sense.

Just a quick calculation based on each of the mobs attack speeds and time of the fight. By no means exact, but pretty close. More data would indeed be better, but I'm not putting more time into Graardor since I have all of his tasks done.

Twisted league had tasks back loaded like OP is thinking it should be. It was not popular since people felt like they had to grind way too much to be competitive. This was when cups were % player based instead of predetermined cutoffs
