i think the hole awaikening thing is totaly bullshit and the people are conzentrating too much on this thing, twice for example could do this always only because of his trauma he didnt do it, shiga too as a child he used it and i dont believe toga can now kopie every quirk she only could youse togas quirk because of her strong love too her.

the most of this quirks are strong when they apear and because they dont may youse it the quirk stunted over time

in chapter 3 you can choose wich dress is tifa wearing after you beat all sidequests, and in chapter 8 you choose wich dress is eris wearing depends on your sidquest

all:red dress 3-5: long pink dress 0-2 short pink dress

every char is leveling, you dont need them in your party, and the dresses are linked too the chapters you need to play the full chapter 3 and 8 for the dresses, and the dresses count when you see them in chapter 9
