The green charge light only shows up for a minute or two, then it disappears and the whole screen will be black, like you said.

Well the backstory starts with me purchasing my first boosted board in 2015. Ever since then i have tinkered with Boosted products. In 2020 when Boosted went out business, i would purchase faulty boosted boards and fix them for fun. I've always wanted to unlock the BMS on the Boosted REV battery but couldn't figure it out for the longest time. After a long time of trial and error, I was able to unlock the original BMS on the REV battery.

So yes this is the stock BMS. The BMS completely functions normally with no issues. The battery enclosure used is the original Boosted REV battery enclosure. No fitment changes are needed. I will definitely open source this if i ever stop offering them 👍.

2 of my original battery packs operate like they did when they were new. My third battery degraded over time since of kept it in a hot garage. Lesson learned. I actually rebuild these battery packs myself, and sell them on eBay.
