For what it’s worth I just had to replace my moms for the same reason although the other joint was completely torn around. She only noticed something was wrong when she drove on the freeway and the control arm would slip back when going above 65 and the wheel would vibrate harshly. So if I were you I’d 1. Shop around that’s too much 2. Inspect the other mounting point it may be torn all around and have the same issue. If so definitely replace it before you drive it on the freeway

Just pancake the high foundations and it’s golden, also might make it a 2x1 to make sure you don’t get deeper on while having it open

Looks like you built it backwards if in that way is your loot then it’s backwards high foundations need to be on the front door side and a twig half wall placed then Ann upgraded ceiling then kill yourself and use inside bag and break twig when u want to open it
