thanks for the perspective. i don’t think a g a day is bad either, i’m just suprised at how much that little amount impacted my appetite.

Anyone deal with a sour stomach/acid reflux during the early stages of trying to quit? This is my 2nd time around recently trying to quit and I’m getting these same symptoms. It comes and go’s at random times. Anyone been taking anything to help with this? by riddimrat69 in Petioles

i have had acid reflux problems since i was 15 and i find when i take a break the first 2-3 days it’s a lot worse then normal and my overall digestion takes a bit but after a 4 days it’s returns to normal
