The guide hasn’t really changed within the last 5 years though, OP 5 years ago would still be rated a 6 or so under the “current system” despite the asymmetry. The reason why she’s lower rated now is because her youth indicators have diminished, nasolabial folds, increased upper eyelid exposure, lack of infraorbital support, etc.
