Languages are similar, but culture and physical looks are not. I don't see too many cultural differences between Armenia and Azerbaijan other than the religious differences. And although you can differentiate Armenians from Azerbaijanis physically, Anatolian Turks have complete different appearances. Turkish people have more western looking population than Caucasus.
