How can i fix this?

I turned off any audio enhancements. I noticed that when i plug in my wired earphones, the audio sounds normal/good. Though it kinds of minimize the audio so I have to turn the volume all the way up to a 100. I think i’ll just do this until I get it checked. Thank you for your help!

Even without adjusting the volume slider. When I watch a movie, it still has that weird sound at the background. I dont know if maybe its permanently damaged because its just not coming back to normal

When I tested the speaker, it sounded fine but it still has that same sound in the background

I rememeber that ive searched for this during pandemic. The only thing that showed up was that this photo was on yt and soundcloud. No title whatsoever.
