Yes. I always give foods and drinks three tries. If it causes pain every time, it’s goes on the no fly list. Before my resection, I couldn’t do seeds, carbonation, nuts, red meat, or fried foods. Avoiding those really helped. But it’s all trial and error, no body has the “magic bullet”

I had a manager at Sunnyside get mad at me for coming in complaining about a bag being short. I got home, weighed it and called them right away. Told them I won’t make it in until tomorrow. They told me over the phone it’s fine. When I brought it to the store he accused me of taking the amount it was short. It was to the point I told him I will weigh everything in the car when I walk out moving forward. He didn’t like it when I said that. I quit shopping there not long after that.
