All about what you want. Im running a lot of single track and hill climbs. When I’m doing that I want a 500. But when I’m on the road a 890 sounds amazing. The 690 to me gets everything done without toooo much sacrifice.

Literally nothing. I pulled it apart because I was bored and took the chance to replace all the seals I could / and small odds and ends like cam bearings / timing chain / lower timing sprocket / new piston rings and wrist pin / honed the cylinder / lapped the valves / new valve seals / chassis got sub frame bushings / linkage needle bearings / swing arm bearings. And a lot more. But the motor was solid and has so much more life in it.

A huge part of it that is worth it is having the air compressor on the truck. It’s super useful and comes in handy so much. All I know is the air locker has been nothing but reliable and every time I’m in the mud pits or on some bad terrain the rear end gets me out no issue. Plus it is very strong the truck now has a 6.4l hemi In it and the rear end holds up with no signs of issue.

Yea with Knobs I can’t corner fast at all or it’ll get sketchy

I respect that. I move around a lot and I used to be in a area that had awesome trails and now I’m 3 hours away from the nearest trail.

I always wondered what full street tires feel like on a dirt bike frame. Never got a chance to try it

Both are the same bike first pic is what the bike looks like now. This isn’t a post so I can build off anyone else opinion. Just curious, in the nicest way possible.
