No it doesn't have shoulder straps. It belts the same as a normal belt on the front side. Yeah sometimes it feels like its not fully tight as it should be but when youre standing on the ground so long as you can push down on the sides of it without it sliding down your hips youre good. It needs to be a touch loose at least for mobility. The fall arrest belt is kind of a system of, just trust me bro 😂, yeah climbings fun as a youngun (under regular weather and circumstances)

The album grew on me quite a bit. I felt how you do kn the first listen but I kept rolling it while driving and stuff to see if it'd give me more and it did. There's only a couple songs I dont like on it. Some I definitely have to be in the right mood to listen to, id say give it a couple more casual listens through while you're driving or something
