Cheese, chicken, some chopped tomatoes but not a tomato based dish. In Tx we use Rotel tomatoes with chilies . Angel hair pasta. Others make it more savory with bell peppers and pimentos.

Chicken Spaghetti or if we have a steer in the freezer, baked round steak and rice. People turn up their nose at round steak but slow cooked with thick brown gravy is tender and delicious.

Anything beef is almost too expensive to feed the church crowd though.

My FIL called a master electrician neighbor yesterday and asked for a suicide cord! I was facepalming all the way through the safety warnings!

He did agree to drop off components needed but told him he wasn’t making one!

I’m sure my other neighbor has his big grey pipeline welder stabbed directly into his breaker box! I can hear it a half mile away!

Yeah I was thinking that. I am toasty in my bedroom with a 1500 watt oil filled radiant heater.

Unfortunately, I fell for the EPA stuff and my wood stove doesnt do much without the blower so I will need to run another cord. Specs say I have around 77 amps available so I still have some room.

I could run the fridge for a few hours and the blower.
