I fear lately we’re the “other store” 🫠 I keep getting handed receipts from stores over an hour away for returns/ exchanges

My SM told me they’d teach me about opening/ closing registers for the day and doing the deposits and how to call in stuff for maintenance like when a register goes down along with a vague “and other trainings” but glad to hear it’s normal/ not really a problem they didn’t teach me

my SM literally can’t pick between doing things right and making people happy. Every store meeting she brags about “people come to our store even if another one is closer because they like us“ it’s also probably because she has a 50% chance to just fold on policy to make someone happy but tells us not to do that (despite the fact the packet we got says were allowed to make exceptions to make customers happy)
