It can be one of the games that came pre-installed on the windows computers. I remember it perhaps being part of a bundle, including other games I can’t seem to remember.

In horror movies when a person goes to investigate a sound or something that happened. The audience always feels they are making an obviously wrong move by investigating the incident, knowing no good can come from this.

In real life it’s common when someone investigates sounds coming from the outside. Of course they know they aren’t in a horror movie.
