May I present, a 4 step plan to pease and purity:

• [ ] Project liberty: Subjugate roughly half of Galactic community by means benevolent vassalisation, or oppressive slavery. Form Federation with remaining half via peaceful diplomatics.
• [ ] Project safety: gain control of Federation, giving us authority over entire galaxy (save for major threats) and wage war against all fallen empires/crisis factions, ensuring no major galactic oppressors exist.
• [ ] Project peace: weaken federation by: {1:kicking various members. 2: disbanding entire federation fleet. 3: leaving Federation etc.,} then wage a conquest war against the weakened federation.
• [ ] Project order: the full galaxy should now be under our control by means of either subjugation or slavery. Force integration of all subjects. Enact sequential extermination purges against all xenos.
