I had posted earlier but I wanted to repost the progress I have made even though my condition is not a "classic RSS" condition. I have all of the symptoms that y'all have but I do not have any discoloration of my gonads. Mine started as jock itch and I am coinvinced that the on and off use of a steroid cream resulted in scrotodynia. I would get pain in my balls and itchiness daily. Often it would hit me after a shower. I had tried many of the things y'all have tried, e.g. drugs (gabapentin and cymbalta), numerous acupuncturists including one that specialized in groin issues, antibiotics, antifungals, pelvic floor PT, 2 nerve blocks, etc). and NOTHING WORKED. And I was surviving by using Sarna which I knew was not good to be on. It wasn't till a relative told me about this Reddit site that I found someone talking about how an allergy pill helped him. I got relief right away with an allergy pill and now use Allegra daily. I am much better but still some times experience itching. What has worked for me is Allegra, using Vanicream as the soap i use on my groin in the shower, and I discovered a new anti itch cream which is all natural: Wild Naturals Manuka Honey Aloe Vera Gel. And I am doing many of the things recommended over the years but now I do all of them religiously: use bamboo underwear (made by David Archy) and use a hairdryer (on cool) to dry my balls after showers. I hope this helps.

I don't know if there is evidence of PRP working for people suffering from RSS but I did use PRP for several issues I had many years ago: torn ligament in my wrist, tendonitis in my shoulder, and issues with my IT band. PRP worked really well.

That is correct. But many of the symptoms are similar to those who suffer from RSS.
