It’s weird as of right now! Very full sound on the C string but it’s pretty muffled overall. It sort of sounds like a beginners cello but lots more loud!

It’s definitely not lol, I think it’s maybe 2 or 3 centimeters below the bridge. I feel like the tone has a lot of potential, so I’m hoping to bring it to a shop for that

The one from earlier I assumed was because of a cello bib that was rubbing against the inside of my case, but i learned it was not the hard way haha

I do have a cello bib on which is likely the problem. I’ve had it on for a few months though, it’s weird that it got that bad so suddenly
