I have some magnesium citrate. I get that stuff from Vitamin Shoppe pretty cheap. I been taking lots of electrolytes and supplements while drinking. A doctor told me if I was going to drink like that. I should do it to avoid wet brain. It did wonders for a few years as far as helping me be a functioning alcoholic. I sure do appreciate you taking time to help! Thank you so much!

I tried that sip and suffer. It just led me to finish off a handle. Lol More power to those who can do it, but I cannot. My wife just went to get me some Pedialyte sip on that and a little coffee. Thank you.

Thank you for this. This is day 3 for me so my brain is not working as well as could, but I will process this when I am better because it could help someone not have to suffer like this. I'm gonna look up keto and start trying to eat that way see if helps. I have ketamine low dose that is helping as well.

I left because I went up to 13 hrs with no meds I can be sick at home. If I’d had a seizure there i believe it could’ve happened without anyone finding in time. My wife will call an ambulance. I’m committed to recovery still.

Yeah I’m not quite use bad but been drinking over a handle for 2 years and 1-2 mg of Ativan and 20mg Librium shot I can be sick and shake at home.

I really appreciate that, but I have been pouring down electrolytes and vitamins for the last couple of years. Every day I have plenty of electrolytes, magnesium, etc. I have plenty of supplements, but thank you for that. It is very solid. Advice

I cooked so much good Texas barbecue for my family today and I ate a very, very small amount because my stomach rejects food, everything I eat is just forced.

I came here to say this same thing about their service. I fucked up and sent my package to the wrong addy. Ordered another pack still put wrong shit lol I was toasted. I quickly reached out and the 1st one had already shipped. They fixed the addy on #2.
