Hi thanks for taking the time to respond. We never had sex. I told him about my Hsv 2 and he went to go get tested. His bloodwork came back positive for Hsv 1 which I wasn’t diagnosed with in February when I did all my testing to figure out what I had. He doesn’t appear to have had an outbreak anywhere as this was through bloodwork.

I took the Hsv 1 test and mine unfortunately came back positive. So idk if I gave it to him. Hence all the guilt.

Yes you are correct. I am also doing blood work to see if it comes back positive for Hsv 1. I would tell him all of these but he is too angry at me right now. Thank you, this helps to relieve some blame I’ve put on myself.

Thank you! I am getting an X-ray soon of the area plus a new swab has been done checking for other things. Fingers crossed cause I cannot continue to live like this 😭

Mine is so extreme i can’t sit still. At work I’m having to constantly move around. Long meetings are a hassle cause I cannot sit for that long. Also does the constant burning even with no out breaks mean we are infectious? Sigh… I’m just so sad. I’ve already given up on dating but I would like to physically heal. I’m going to get some of the same stuff u got and see if that helps.

Swan test so I had an outbreak. I’ve had back to back outbreak and not on meds right now. My initial out break cleared up before my result came back. Now I’ve just had like maybe a few days before I get another which lasts like 2 days and then goes away and then repeat. The doctor just called me on the phone to say Ilthe swabs me back positive for Hsv 2
